Beaded Split Ring and snake knot

Here is a scan of what I did today.   A tatted split ring with a bead in the center in between sections of snake knot.  Snake knot requires two cords.

Has anyone else designed the same thing in tatting?  Not a single thread ring with a bead placed in the center and then a loop join to a picot at the top of the ring, and not sewing a bead in later.

It is a true tatted split ring.

I didn’t design it but the rosaries I made several years ago were split rings with beads in the center. I guess I don’t understand what you mean.

I have been learning to make split ring beaded thumb ring rosaries via a site of posted directions on Bellaonline.com/tatting. I’m just beginning and mine aren’t as tight and slick as your look. It’s a lovely technique tho.
