A short blurb about my neglect of this sight for a while. I had cataracts, cataract surgery both eyes, retinopathy, laser surgery – several times, both eyes, secondary cataracts, surgery both eyes… I don’t see as good as I used to when I was younger, but I am blessed that I can still see to get around. I couldn’t tat with anything smaller than size 3 thread for quite awhile. Now, I can manage size 10 thread. I can live with that for now.
2024 already?
After a few years of difficulties, I am back to crafting. If you are going to Fingerlakes tat days next weekend, I will see you there. Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.

Blast from the past!

August project
Well, It’s been awhile since I posted anything new. Sorry about that. I’ve been doing other things. Here is the latest work in progress: A CELTIC KNOT HEART for the tat sea cruise sponsored by Tatting Corner, and a Sea Starfish Celtic Knot. Planning to go, but I can’t take the vaccine for medical reasons, so Lisa found a great teacher for my patterns. Hope you’re going to be able to go! We all are in need of some serious FUN!
Happy Spring!
